About the role
DBA has an immediate opening for a Client Service Associate to serve our growing book of group benefits related business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
General Office Duties:
- Faxing, photocopying and scanning documents
- Opening, distributing and sending out mail/couriers
- Creation, filing and retrieval of client files, including data entry
- Ordering office supplies
- Monitoring DBA social media
Group Benefits Administration:
- Enrolment and termination of employees
- Address changes, salary adjustments, beneficiary and dependent changes, etc.
- Issuing monthly premium statements to select clients
- Health and Dental claims issues
Qualifications and Competencies:
- Bilingual – asset
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal skills.
- Computer knowledge – Word, Excel and PowerPoint, QuickBooks
- Self-motivated and self-managed, with ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet required deadlines
- A natural and pro-active client service work ethic
Compensation Package:
- Remuneration includes base salary and bonus opportunities
