About the role

We are a busy company seeking an Assistant in the Dufferin and Lawrence AREA.

Canidate must be Fluent in English, need to possess great grammar skills

The Assistant will be responsible for supporting the office/showroom with various functions. Day to day duties will include, answering the phones/following up, send out emails, contact contractors sending out invoices and handle sales and directly deal with clients

-maintaining cleanliness in office/showroom

-need organization skills

Job Requirements -

We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, and have great grammar skills.
Basic MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) are required. The successful candidate must have an excellent work ethic and the ability to multitask.

-Drivers license is a plus.
