Why You’ll Love This Role:
As our IT Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting and maintaining our IT systems to ensure smooth business operations. From troubleshooting technical issues to managing software and hardware, you will be the go-to person for all things IT, helping our team stay connected and efficient.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software, network, and systems issues.

Maintain and update internal operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT support and upgrades.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.

Monitor data backups and ensure data integrity.

Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices across the company.

Assist with IT-related projects, including system migrations and technology upgrades.

Train staff on basic technology usage and troubleshooting.
