Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in commercial spaces.

Duties

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas on a regular basis
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, windowsills, and furniture
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment and facilities
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Work closely with administration to prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is a plus
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
