Key Responsibilities
• Perform dimensional inspections using manual and precision measuring tools
• Conduct first article, in-process, receiving, and final inspections
• Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T
• Document inspection results and maintain traceability records
• Assist in developing inspection standards and control plans
• Support internal audits, calibration tracking, and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications
• 5+ years of inspection experience in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment
• Proficient with height gauges, micrometers, pitch mics, bore gauges, and calipers
• Strong understanding of tolerances and GD&T
• Experience with ISO 9001 practices is an asset
• Prior job shop or high-mix/low-volume experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills
