Fort Garry Industries has an exciting opportunity for a Sales/Administration Analyst to join our team at our Corporate head office in Winnipeg.
What you will do:
- Lead the administrative functions of FGI's ERP system
- Support sales managers, account managers, and other departments on sales quotes
- Provide monthly reporting on product performance
- Provide monthly evaluation of sales territories, house accounts, and marketing results
- Track KPIs of FGI in-house products and provide warranty information
- Identify underperforming products
- Coordinate with E-Commerce, Purchasing, and Marketing departments to ensure product goals are met daily
- Coordinate vendor training with sales representatives and managers
- Other duties as needed
What We Require:
- A diploma or degree in Business or a business-related field
- A minimum of 3+ years in a sales analyst or sales planning role
- Previous experience with Epicor or other ERP systems is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and motivation to achieve high results
- An eye for seeing how to drive sales through data insights
- Excellent Customer Service skills – dedicated to exceeding expectations of internal and external customers.
- Strong written and verbal skills – ability to write and speak succinctly with customers and colleagues.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (email, Word, Excel) and ability to learn in-house systems.
- Heavy-duty parts knowledge or background is an asset
