Are you energetic, curious, and motivated to contribute to a growing wellness company? Scandinave Spa Whistler is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth execution of the annual marketing plan while playing an active part in representing and raising the profile of the brand.

Salary: $50 000 to $60 000

Your mission: Bring marketing initiatives to life

• Coordinate and execute group sales bookings (15+ people) with Destination Management Companies and private group organizers.
• Coordinate and execute the marketing plan with the Marketing Manager to actively contribute to achieving business objectives (promotions, content, advertising materials, photoshoots, media, influencers, website updates, etc.).
• Managing the Scandinave Spa’s presence in Whistler Village – coordinating signage, distributing brochure, building relationships with hotel concierge, retail, activity provider and other partners.
• Develop a content calendar for social media in collaboration with the Marketing Manager, create engaging content, and manage the online community.
• Leading Scandinave Spa’s referral and reward programs for Whistler businesses.
• Managing Scandinave Spa’s charitable donations
• Leading the Scandinave Spa’s presence at events in Whistler and Vancouver: pre-event preparation, attending event, set up, tear down and managing logistics on the day – this aspect will involve standing for extended periods of time and some heavy lifting.
• Administrative support as required.
• All other tasks requested of you for the smooth and efficient function of the Scandinave Spa Whistler.

What we are looking for (Prerequisites):

• Post-secondary education in marketing or similar
• 2+ years’ marketing, advertising or graphic design experience
• Enthusiastic, hard working, positive attitude and organized with great attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite and Photoshop is preferred
• Valid BC Drivers License, own vehicle preferred
• Enjoy interacting with the public, well organized, professional communication with guests & staff, good team attitude, ability to multi task, positive attitude.
• Must be able to think on their feet, be proactive, problem solve, and deal with change on a daily basis
• Must be available to work full-time and attend functions after work on a semi-regular basis
• Clear criminal record check
