About the role
Tasks
- Overseeing equipment and transportation activities in compliance with Law 430.
- Resolving issues across the company’s various departments.
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
- Managing timesheets, vacations, leave, KPIs, etc.
- Maintaining strong relationships with current clients and developing new customer partnerships.
- Coordinating daily operations to ensure maximum transportation efficiency across all terminals.
- Evaluating and reducing transportation costs.
- Performing any other related duties.

Job requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a terminal manager.
- Ideally 5 to 10 years of experience in the transportation industry.
- Bilingualism: intermediate English required to communicate effectively with bilingual clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (an asset).
