About the role

Job Description

As a Lead Business Analyst in Shared Services IT, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the analysis and design of business processes and systems.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Developing and maintaining project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
  • Facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
  • Supporting the implementation of solutions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).

Additional Information

  • This position is available in both Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Toronto, Ontario.
