Job Description
As a Lead Business Analyst in Shared Services IT, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the analysis and design of business processes and systems.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Developing and maintaining project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Supporting the implementation of solutions and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP).
Additional Information
- This position is available in both Halifax, Nova Scotia, and Toronto, Ontario.
