This is a 12-month contract role with potential to extend 6 additional months or to hire.

Summary Work with Canada Marketing Team to support Ostomy and Continence Care to achieving revenue growth for these businesses. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to support marketing efforts to drive local marketing strategy and manage aspects of the product line to grow sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong knowledge base on the Ostomy & Continence Care Markets
  • Maintain full working knowledge of the annual marketing plans for Ostomy and Continence Care portfolios – align all projects to strategies
  • Work with local marketing leads to assessing customer requirements; participating in defining and articulating current and future customer needs.
  • Responsible for all aspects of the Hollister products within the Ostomy & Continence Care portfolio.
  • Demand Planning: Work with Marketing Leads in developing accurate demand forecasts, monitor inventory levels and manage back orders
  • Collect and summarize market intelligence information.
  • Implement tactics/tools to address competitive intelligence.
  • Participate in product change projects to monitor progress and timing, assess customer impact and ensure benefits of these changes are effectively implemented and communicated to the business unit/end users.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans including specific product launch campaigns and general marketing programs
  • Assist with National and Regional Meetings
  • Understand product line profitability and effectively use the information to drive cost/price initiatives at the operations and sales areas; work closely with operations and sales to maximize profitability
  • Monitor and assess competitor strategies and activities – maintain database of competitor products and strategies – update quarterly
  • Assist with National and Regional meetings
  • Responsible for advertising in patient support publications – review and revise as necessary to align with brand strategies
  • Experience with Social Media Management is an asset
  • SFDC – manage and review marketing campaigns on a quarterly basis – report results and insights to Marketing Manager
  • Support Secure Start Services – align branding to Hollister Secure Start Services guidelines

Essential Functions Of The Role

  • Ability to operate a computer and utilize standard office equipment.
  • Hybrid role – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Aurora Office

Work Experience Requirements

  • Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5
  • 3-5 years of sales and/or marketing experience desirable

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required

Specialized Skills/Technical Knowledge

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Adobe, Digital Asset Management
  • Time Management – ability to prioritize projects and programs
  • Must be able to function in a high matrix environment
  • Must be able to analyze and interpret market and financial data
  • Knowledge of French is not required, but would be good to have

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $58,265 - $91,559 yearly. The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
