This Position reports to:

Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
Remote role.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
Your responsibilities
- Become familiar with and understand ABB solutions and products in order to properly respond to customer requests.
- Respond to customer requests for quotations (RFQ) for standard and non-standard products that meet technical specifications and customer expectations.
- Utilize various configuration and sales tools to ensure proper follow-up of RFQs and customer requests.
- Assist and support sales organizations and customers,
- Understand the structure and dynamics of the distribution network for ABB products and master the different sales channels, depending on the markets and products.
- Understand the needs of the different markets covered by ABB's products and be able to propose solutions that meet the needs of customers in each market.
- Ability to manage product configuration and proposal software tools
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
- French & English (spoken & written) Mandatory
- Knowledge of SAP
- DEC or DES with work experience
- Experience with Office Tools, Excel an asset
