We are rapidly growing, and we are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Calgary, AB. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our clients and ensuring that all their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

· Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries through phone and email communication

· Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers

· Processing orders and returns accurately and in a timely manner

· Liaising with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

· Identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

· Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions

· Filing documents and paperwork

Requirements:

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Experience in a customer service or sales-related role is preferred

· Knowledge of the tire and automotive industry is an asset

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
