About the role
Microsoft Engineer: On behalf of our IT client, Procom is searching for a Microsoft Engineer for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Saint John office.
Microsoft Engineer - Job Description: The project involves day-to-day support and administration of Microsoft environments, focusing on maintaining and enhancing system performance. The role includes managing existing platforms and ensuring seamless integration and operation of Microsoft services.
Microsoft Engineer - Responsibilities:
- Manage and configure Microsoft 365 services
- Handle user and license management
- Administer Azure AD and Azure VM/AVD environments
- Maintain Exchange Server 2016/2019
- Provide support for Windows 10/11 systems
- Administer Intune and SCCM for device management
- Administer Citrix environments (version 7.6 or higher)
- Conduct triage and troubleshooting for IT issues
Microsoft Engineer - Mandatory Skills:
- 7 years of experience
- Microsoft 365 – Specifically MS-102
- Azure AD - Specifically AZ-900
- Exchange Administration 2016/2019
- Intune Administration
- Intermediate to senior level understanding of SCCM
- ITIL Foundations v4
Microsoft Engineer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Azure VM/AVD – Preferred with AZ-140
- Windows 10/11 – intermediate level knowledge
- Mobile device administration – Samsung, Apple
- Strong Triage/Troubleshooting skills
- Citrix administrator version 7.6 or higher
Microsoft Engineer – Assignment Length: The contract is initially for 3 months, with the possibility of extension to 6 months.
Microsoft Engineer - Start Date: ASAP.
Microsoft Engineer - Assignment Location: Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite required.
