As a District Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple store locations within your district. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company policies.
- Driving sales and profitability through effective management of store teams.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Recruiting, training, and developing store managers and their teams.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the convenience store industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Information
- Must be willing to travel within the district as needed.
