Based in Moncton the Distribution Supervisor is responsible for the day to day management of the retail distribution network. The position involves frequent travel between St-John, Fredericton and Moncton.

What’s Involved In This Role More specifically, the Moncton Distribution Supervisor's responsibilities will include:
- Daily management of the direct to store deliveries for major retail accounts.
- Participate in and suggest cost savings initiatives to improve network results.
- Analyze and explain the costs associated with routes under your responsibility.
- Responsible for the maintenance and repairs of route equipment (ex: handhelds, printers, pallet movers, etc.)
- Support Agropur’s third party carriers with billing concerns and route quantities analysis.
- Work with our internal operation teams in warehousing and production to ensure accurate, on time delivery for our customers.
- Respond to service requests from our external customers related to delivery schedules or delivery requirements.
- Assist with Holiday Planning and delivery schedules.
- Facilitate off day and emergency order requests.
- Additional tasks and general duties as required.
What You Need To Join Our Team
- Bachelor or College degree in a relevant field an asset.
- 3-5 years of experience in food production/distribution management.
- Knowledge of ERP system an asset.
- Available for frequent travel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, in French and English. (English required to work with colleagues in other Canadian provinces).
