Part-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) (with Potential for More Hours!)
Aylmer, ON (Just 20 minutes from London)
Wednesday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Contract Position

Who We’re Looking For:
A true people person. Someone with a smile in their voice and warmth in their heart.
Our ideal CSR is:
- A natural communicator with strong customer service skills
- Upbeat, organized, and comfortable multi-tasking like a pro
- Veterinary reception experience is an asset (you know the lingo and love the environment)
- Customer Service Experience is required
- A graduate of a Veterinary Assistant or Office Admin program? Even better!
- Eager to learn, grow, and share knowledge
- Able to work independently, yet loves being part of a tight-knit team
We’re a 2-DVM, companion animal clinic that’s privately owned and proudly rooted in Aylmer. Our team is progressive, friendly, and just the right amount of quirky. Think of us as your veterinary “home away from home.”
