We are seeking a motivated, experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to join our team and help ensure our front office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the practice. Your duties will include:

Managing patient appointments, scheduling, and rescheduling as needed

Handling phone and email inquiries with professionalism and a patient-centric approach

Overseeing patient intake and ensuring that records are properly updated
-
Processing insurance claims and payments, and ensuring that billing is accurate and timely
-
Managing and mentoring administrative staff, ensuring a cohesive and efficient office environment
-
Assisting with the coordination of marketing and patient outreach initiatives
-
Liaising with dental staff and providers to ensure patient care is smooth and well-coordinated
-
Implementing and improving office systems and workflows to enhance efficiency
-
Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment
Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting

Strong leadership skills with experience managing administrative teams
-
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Open Dental, or similar)
-
Strong knowledge of dental billing and insurance claims processes
-
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently

A positive, patient-oriented attitude and the ability to foster a welcoming atmosphere
