Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and solutions-driven Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, enabling data-driven decision-making across our organization. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a passion for transforming raw data into meaningful insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and business intelligence solutions using Power BI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into data models and reports.
• Develop and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Analyze large datasets from property management systems and financial tools to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational improvements.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and dashboards.
• Monitor data quality and integrity; troubleshoot data-related issues as they arise.
• Create and maintain documentation related to data sources, business logic, and reporting standards.
• Provide data support and training to non-technical stakeholders and end-users.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging tools in business intelligence and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a data analyst, BI developer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data visualization best practices.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services and relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Work experience with Python preferred
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with property management or real estate data is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) is a plus.
