Role Summary:
Our Mississauga Branch is looking for a Service Coordinator to join the team. The Service Coordinator is
responsible for organizing and managing the schedules of Life Safety service technicians to ensure timely
and efficient delivery of service. This role involves coordinating between customers, service technicians,
and other departments to maintain optimal operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch service life-safety technicians for various customer service requests.
Coordinate with customers to confirm service appointments and provide updates.
Arranging subcontractors as needed to complete work
Maintain accurate records of service schedules, technician availability, and job details.
Communicate with service technicians to ensure they have all necessary information and resources.
Manage completed technician inspection reports
Monitor the progress of service jobs and adjust schedules as needed to ensure completion of work
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline service operations and enhance overall efficiencies
Other duties as required.
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role.
Work experience in fire safety industry is preferred but not mandatory
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, and other relevant software tools.
Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities, attention to details and adhere to tight deadlines.
Customer-focused mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing service operations.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
