D&IS AME NAM PMO and Resource Management
Continuous assessment and follow-up of operational performance to secure execution of ALSTOM projects in the portfolio.
Ensure that necessary actions are defined, in place and tracked.
- Project database control and updates in a regular basis.
- Support projects setup when transferred bids to operational team.
- Support project reviews governance is followed. Operational issues are identified and reported. Keep the repository updated with MPRs, FPRs and other documents associated to the role.
- Drive resource management reviews in order to have accurate data and usage of Alstom tools.
Support APSYS program, tailoring fundamentals, supporting leaders and promoting workshops and progress tracking. Drive and coordinate locally (within a site/ cluster/ project) with all métier the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap. Animate, coordinate and challenge improvement actions to reach APSYS targets defined with each métier based on APSYS roadmaps using APSYS toolbox to deliver operational performance & develop local best practices that will be share with the steering committee.
