Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage customer accounts effectively, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for business development and outside sales.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and manage sales processes.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Provide product knowledge and support to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Assist in training new team members on customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a focus on account management and sales.
- Strong understanding of market trends and business development strategies.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking customer interactions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
