About the role
Process incoming products from various vendors and transfer product to assorted retail locations through our system.
Quality control incoming product from vendors(checking for damage, making sure that the goods match order and invoice)
Resolving inventory discrepancies within the system and various retail locations
Manage special order from stores(Processing in the system, placing orders with vendors on-line and over the phone, Monitoring order process)
Communicate with Vendors for quotes, custom changes for existing products.
Assist shipping/receiving as needed.
Ideal candidate must have:
Detail Oriented
Multi- tasker
Ability to work under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Firm understanding of Microsoft Excel, MS Word
Work experience 2 years minimum
Customer service
Minimum 40 words per minute
