About the role
We are looking for a reliable and responsible team player to join our support team. The right individual has attention to detail, is a quick learner, and is motivated to finish tasks promptly and accurately. The ability to prioritise and efficiently complete their tasks is essential while complying with established procedures and policies.
This is a permanent, part-time position on our reception team working out of both local offices, 1 or 2 days a week with flexibility to cover from Monday to Friday as needed.
The team member will answer and transfer calls on a multi-line phone system, monitor and respond to inquiries through our email, enter listings and data into the MLS® system, maintain and update files, assist with minor technical problems, and complete simple marketing materials. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Phone reception and greeting walk-in clients
- Providing general support to our Sales Representatives
- Monitoring and directing emails
- Data entry and typing
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, emailing
- Preparing courier packages and distributing mail
Skills and Requirements:
- Accurate data entry
- Efficient organization and multi-tasking
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Publisher
- Extensive experience with a desktop computer, including file types and navigation
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Ability to follow existing procedures and adapt to changes
- Self-motivating
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Required Availability:
- Weekdays until 5:00 PM
