As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the team to achieve sales goals.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in managing store operations and staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Train and develop team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of inventory management.
Other Relevant Details
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
