About the role

Job Summary

The Airbus Program Lead is responsible for leading the program and ensuring that the organization understands, executes, and meets Airbus requirements. The role is responsible for overseeing all areas of Airbus programs, including but not limited to ensuring program compliance, maintaining and monitoring schedules, assuring on-time delivery, and delivering high-quality products.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage Airbus programs and serve as the primary point of contact for Airbus

  • Plan and monitor programs progress and performance, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and take corrective actions as necessary to ensure programs success.

  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet customer requirements

  • Prepare and present programs reviews, status reports, KPIs, updates, and key decisions to senior management and Airbus stakeholders.

  • Manage changes to purchase orders, programs scope, and schedule while maintaining alignment with Airbus and our company goals.

  • Manage and maintain accurate data on Airbus Portals

  • Ensure compliance with Airbus and industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the programs lifecycle.

  • Promote a culture of excellence in customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Director of Programs

Minimum Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Airbus products, processes, and systems, as well as aerospace industry standards and regulations.

  • Strong leadership, customer service, time management, coordination, and organizational skills to ensure commitment to customers are fulfilled as promised

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex and ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in program management tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

  • Ability to travel as needed to support project activities, including meetings, site visits, and customer engagements.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
