Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices
- Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team's progress
- Coach and mentor team members on agile practices and principles at various levels of maturity
- Continuously improve the team's agile processes and practices
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
- Work closely with team members and management to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Track and report on team progress and performance metrics
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban Agile methodologies and usages in a non-IT environment
- Successful leading Scrum teams in a non-traditional manner
- Experience with Data Science projects and familiarity with data science tools and techniques
- Excellent relationship management and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
