The Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining a pricing strategy for Noble’s network of branches and sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing market trends, evaluating pricing strategies, and providing data-driven insights to optimize pricing models. You will play a critical role in supporting revenue growth, margin improvement, and overall pricing effectiveness. The Pricing Manager will work collaboratively across internal teams to ensure that pricing strategies align with the company’s overall objectives.

How You Contribute To Noble's Success How You Contribute to Noble’s Success:
- Design and implement pricing models based on market trends.
- Set volume-based discount structures, tiered pricing, and special pricing for key accounts and long-term customers.
- Analyze internal and external data to evaluate current pricing strategies and recommend adjustments.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management with recommendations based on pricing analysis.
- Report on pricing performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Continuously monitor the wholesale market to analyze competitor pricing, identify trends, and determine price positioning.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools that support data-driven decision-making.
- Track market shifts, such as raw material costs or economic factors, that could impact pricing decisions and make recommendations.
- Regularly analyze customer feedback to assess the impact of pricing changes on market share.
- Ensure that pricing strategies comply with industry regulations, legal requirements and company policies.
- Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer segment, and region.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure pricing is aligned with Noble’s strategic goals.
- Work with Branch Managers to provide insight as well as understanding of marketing and reasoning behind price adjustments in a specific market.
- Provide training on pricing strategy to leaders across Noble’s business units.
- Other duties and special projects as required.
Must Haves and Nice to Haves You Must Have:
- 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience with pricing software is an asset
- Strong understanding of cost structures, margin management and pricing optimization
- Proof of strong work ethic and determination to achieve success.
- Exceptional level of curiosity, drive, learning agility, and self-motivation
