We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented service coordinator to manage and coordinate many aspects of our service department
Responsibilities
- Monitor service requests for customers and ordering parts that are required
- Processing warranty claims with suppliers
- Communicate with customers to schedule return appointments and provide updates on service status
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders and customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Attend to customer service requests via email and over the phone
- General administration (filing, circulating documents, mailings, courier etc.)
- Special projects and reports as required.
Education/Experience/Skills The ideal candidate will have:
- A Secondary School Diploma
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in an administrative function
- An extreme proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Prior experience in HVAC (asset)
- Effective time management, organizational abilities
- A professional attitude illustrated through superior verbal and written communications skills coupled with demonstrated customer service skills.
- Demonstration of sound decision making skills and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information, necessitating use of discretion, tact and good judgment.
- Must be able to work independently, have analytical and problem solving skills, and superior interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to establish priorities with attention to detail, and work without direct supervision in a small office environment.
