Your Role in Our Journey
We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital ad campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. This role is crucial in driving new customer acquisition, increasing online visibility, and improving ROAS. You’ll play a key role in scaling our DTC e-commerce growth through continuous testing, learning, and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Continuously test ad copy, creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and key KPIs (CPA, CTR, CVR, ROAS) using platforms and dashboards.
- Develop weekly/monthly reports and insights with clear recommendations to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
- Conduct keyword and competitive research to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage budgets across channels to ensure efficient spend and forecasted growth targets are met.
- Contribute to the development of an always-on testing framework to learn and scale quickly.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, attribution models, and digital ad ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and CRO best practices
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms or CMS (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify)
