Job Description
Like CIMA+, the IT Business Solutions department is growing rapidly. The person selected for this position will join a dynamic team playing a leading role in the organization's digital transformation. Reporting to the Manager, Software Development, you will be a strategic asset in the integration and optimization of implemented or developed business modules and applications.
Primary Responsibilities

Act as functional expert for modules and applications developed by the development team
-
Act as functional analyst for the operation and optimization of third-party applications
-
Analyze and document business needs in collaboration with stakeholders and propose solutions aligned with the organization's strategic objectives.

Configure and optimize modules and applications developed to support various business processes
-
Collaborate with business experts, the IT team, and other functional analysts to ensure seamless integration of processes and functionalities
-
Oversee periodic application updates to identify impacts, evaluate new functionalities, and ensure business continuity

Develop and execute functional test scenarios
-
Train and support end-users to maximize adoption of tools and processes
-
Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices
-
Participate in user support for the various modules and applications under the team's responsibility

Contribute actively to continuous improvement
Qualifications
- University degree in computer science, business administration or related field
- 3 to 5 years' experience as an analyst
- Proven expertise in functional analysis and testing
- Knowledge of D365, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, SQL Server would be considered an
- Versatility and learning speed
- Bilingualism: proficiency in French and English at intermediate to advanced level (oral and written) to be able to communicate with all CIMA+ colleagues across Canada.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in an agile and collaborative environment
