Do you want to work for the largest Ford Dealership in Canada? Located in Grande Prairie, AB Windsor Ford is a family-owned company that has served the Peace Country for over 60 years. Our new facility is designed around the consumer experience and we are looking for energetic and customer service orientated people to join our growing team.
Our high-performing team requires a results-driven, client-focused person to join our Service department as an appointment coordinator at our dealership in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
The skills that are needed in order to excel at this position are as follows:
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and courteous telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality
- Extremely dependable and punctual
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
- Positive can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact professionally with both co-workers and customers
- Valid Drivers License Is Required
The duties that will be required, but not limited to are as follows:
- Booking service appointments
- Closing work orders
- Taking credit card/debit card payments
- Data entry and clerical skills
- Service Filing
