Le Poste Nous recherchons un·e Ingénieur·e maintenance – amélioration continue afin d’optimiser les processus de maintenance, améliorer la performance des équipements et contribuer à des projets industriels d’envergure. La personne idéale allie expertise technique, approche Lean et excellentes compétences en communication.
Responsabilités
- Définir, conduire et auditer les processus de maintenance.
- Soutenir les initiatives SST sur les différents sites (enquêtes, audits, sécurité machine).
- Former les équipes aux bonnes pratiques Lean appliquées à la maintenance.
- Mener des analyses d’incidents et implanter des plans d’action (A3, QRQC, DMAIC, etc.).
- Supporter la planification de maintenance et l’implantation de la GMAO.
- Développer les indicateurs de performance et les stratégies d’amélioration continue.
- Représenter la maintenance dans les projets de nouvelles usines ou équipements.
- Collaborer avec les fournisseurs, sous-traitants et services internes.
- Voyager jusqu’à 50 % du temps (Amérique du Nord et Europe).
Profil recherché
- Diplôme en génie industriel, mécanique, électrique ou maintenance.
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en maintenance manufacturière (ou 10 ans avec DEC technique).
- Maîtrise des outils Lean (5S, VSM, Kaizen, PDCA, analyse de causes).
- Solides compétences informatiques et en analyse de données (Excel, Visio, Power BI).
- Autonomie, curiosité, rigueur et bonnes aptitudes interpersonnelles.
- À l’aise avec les déplacements fréquents et les environnements industriels.
Atouts
- Intérêt pour les technologies émergentes (RPA, IA).
- Expérience avec l’automatisation de la maintenance et la GMAO.
- Certification Green Belt ou Black Belt Lean Six Sigma.

The Opportunity We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer – Continuous Improvement to support our global maintenance operations by optimizing processes, improving equipment performance, and supporting new industrial projects. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, a lean mindset, and strong interpersonal skills to help elevate maintenance across Medicom's manufacturing sites.
What You Will Do
- Audit and define maintenance and asset management processes.
- Support Health & Safety initiatives across sites (incident analysis, machine safety, audits).
- Train site maintenance teams on lean principles and standardized best practices.
- Lead incident analyses and implement corrective actions (A3, QRQC, DMAIC, etc.).
- Support maintenance planning and CMMS implementation.
- Develop performance indicators and continuous improvement strategies.
- Represent maintenance in new plant and equipment projects.
- Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Travel up to 50% across North America and Europe.
What You Bring
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance (or 10 years with a technical diploma).
- Strong command of lean tools (5S, VSM, Kaizen, PDCA, root cause analysis).
- Excellent computer and data analysis skills (Excel, Visio, Power BI).
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, curiosity, and adaptability.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work in industrial environments.
Assets
- Familiarity with new technologies such as RPA or AI.
- Experience with maintenance automation and CMMS tools.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
