Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Event Operator, you’ll support the planning, setup, execution, and breakdown of marketing events across the Greater Toronto Area. You'll play a vital role in bringing brand campaigns to life and ensuring every event runs smoothly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the physical setup and dismantling of event equipment and displays
- Support on-site logistics, including crowd flow, product presentation, and signage
- Represent client brands professionally during events, engaging with the public
- Ensure event sites are safe, clean, and organised throughout the activation
- Help collect feedback and report results to the event management team
- Work closely with marketing coordinators to meet daily campaign goals
What We’re Looking For
- No previous experience required – full training provided
- Reliable, punctual, and physically able to lift/move event materials
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enthusiastic and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
