The Role
We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with proven marketing agency experience to build pipeline and book qualified meetings with high-growth brands. You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, nurturing mid-funnel leads, and quickly qualifying inbound interest.
You’ll work closely with our founders and Account Executives to drive revenue growth by filling the calendar with qualified strategy calls. This is a performance-based role — success will be measured by the number of qualified meetings booked and pipeline generated.
What You’ll Do
- Research and reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls
- Build and manage outbound lead lists based on target ICPs
- Handle inbound leads and pre-qualify them for our AE team
- Run short intro calls to vet interest, fit, and readiness
- Book strategy calls with founders, CMOs, and marketing leaders
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and leads in CRM (Pipedrive or HubSpot)
- Collaborate with internal teams on outreach strategy, messaging, and targeting
- Re-engage leads from previous campaigns or closed-lost opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Agency experience is required — please apply only if you’ve worked in a marketing, digital, or performance agency
- 2–4 years of experience in a sales, SDR, or lead gen role
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting tools and tactics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to qualify leads based on budget, authority, and fit
- Familiarity with Meta, Google, or TikTok ads is crucial
- Self-starter who thrives on hitting outreach and booking goals
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own pipeline

Compensation & Perks
- Competitive base salary: $40,000–$55,000 CAD
