About the role
Our Montreal based Financial client is looking for a Senior French-speaking Project Manager for a long term HYBRID contact. This role involves overseeing large-scale technology transformation initiatives with a focus on loan origination and management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology projects in a hybrid work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business, IT, and functional leads.
- Deliver enterprise-level projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
- Oversee software implementation initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project risks, timelines, and communications with key stakeholders.
- Integrate multiple systems and resources to support project success.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in large, complex environments.
- Fluent in French and based in Quebec.
- Experience working in the banking sector , preferably with loan origination and management systems.
- Proven experience delivering technology transformation projects .
- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
- Experience with Oracle and/or Salesforce is considered a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
