Located within Le Germain Hotel Toronto Mercer, this new restaurant blends stylish design, warm service, and a high-impact culinary vision to create something truly memorable. This is more than just a hotel restaurant, it’s a social destination designed to surprise, delight, and connect guests through food, atmosphere, and experience. With the support of Germain Hotels and Scale Hospitality, this concept will bring a fresh, modern perspective to Toronto’s dining scene from the heart of the Entertainment District. We’re building a vibrant new restaurant at Le Germain Hotel Toronto Mercer, a space where bold creativity, team culture, and guest connection take centre stage.

Do you take pride in keeping things running smoothly? We're looking for a Server Assistant who loves supporting a great dining experience. This detail-oriented person ensures tables are set, drinks are refilled, and guests always have what they need—before they even have to ask.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Work alongside servers to create a seamless experience for guests.

Keep tables spotless and ready, ensuring a polished and welcoming atmosphere.

Assist in delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, and clearing tables efficiently.

Anticipate guests’ needs—whether it’s an extra napkin or a fresh glass of water.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas, following all health and safety guidelines.

Help set up and break down the dining area at opening and closing.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

High school diploma or equivalent (a plus, but not required).

Experience in a restaurant setting is a bonus, but a great attitude is even more important.

A strong work ethic and a team-player mentality.

The ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

A friendly, proactive approach to guest service.
