Role Description
This is a contract on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Etobicoke ON, Canada. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks including responding to customer inquiries, providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The representative will work closely with other team members to address and resolve any customer concerns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
