Summary:
Fire-Pro is looking for experienced, Apprentice Sprinkler Fitters to support the growth of our field service team. Our sprinkler fitters are responsible for inspections, testing, repairs, and installation of various sprinkler equipment. If you've got a positive attitude, are interested in progressing your career, and can work independently with integrity, Fire-Pro is the place for you.
Compensation and Benefits:
We are proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package with a total hourly value of $49.70 as a starting point for Journeymen Sprinkler Fitters.
Title: Level 3 Apprentice
Wage: $35 per/hour
Holiday & Stat Pay (9%): $3.15
Benefits & RRSP Contributions: $5.25
TOTAL PACKAGE: $43.40 per/hour (Salary to Commensurate with Experience)
Title: Level 2 Apprentice
Wage: $30 per/hour
Holiday & Stat Pay (9%): $2.70
Benefits & RRSP Contributions: $4.50
TOTAL PACKAGE: $37.20 per/hour (Salary to Commensurate with Experience)

THE FOLLOWING ABILITIES ARE A MUST:
· 1-4 years of sprinkler fitting experience
· Apprentice Certification, Sprinkler Fitter
· ASTTBC Certifications are a Plus, but not required.
· Backflow Certifications are a plus, but not required.
· Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural, Structural with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines and clients.
· Proficient in take-off/site design and material management
· Understanding of sub trade’s scope/scheduling/interference
· Ability to manage, mentor and supervise apprentices.
· Communicate with colleagues, trades, and sub-trades in a professional manor if/when required.
