About the role
We are seeking a Content Coordinator/Fulfillment Specialist to join our Partner Firm Best Life Rewarded. The Content Coordinator/Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for drafting and editing communications, managing content workflows, creating social media posts, and completing fulfillment tasks.
The Content Coordinator/Fulfillment Specialist will:
- Oversee and take ownership of content workflows, ensuring smooth and efficient content creation and delivery processes
- Edit and proofread all content, including manuscripts and online materials, to ensure high-quality standards are met and maintain BestLifeRewarded’s reputation as a leader in wellness
- Work with copywriters to develop quarterly manuscripts aligned with the content calendar, ensuring proper adaptation of national expert sources, with all necessary permissions
- Collaborate with translation agency to ensure French translations are completed accurately and on schedule
- Coordinate client review and sign-off processes, working with account directors, and adhere to established procedures in JIRA and SOP
- Coordinate the creation of simple, engaging learning materials (e.g., videos, PowerPoint presentations) for use across all platforms
- Oversee the review and update process for learning modules, ensuring they remain relevant and up-to-date every 12 month
- Maintain and continually improve the Master Content Database, ensuring it is accurate, user-friendly, and efficient
- Regularly update BestLifeRewarded’s social media accounts and corporate website with fresh content and relevant updates, as needed
- Assist with content management system (CMS) deployment, programming, and tagging
- Assist in quality assurance testing for new BestLifeRewarded projects to ensure they meet the highest standards
- Manage member outreach in accordance with campaign rules and guidelines
- Handle tasks such as packaging and mailing, including preparing buck slips, envelopes, and sending e-codes as required
- Prioritize and manage clients requests efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and to the clients’ satisfaction
- Manage and resolve critical issues with a strong sense of urgency, taking ownership of problems and ensuring timely solutions
To be successful as the Content Coordinator/Fulfillment Specialist you will need:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities seamlessly
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and clients
- Strong decision-making capabilities and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to adapt quickly and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic, with a forward-thinking attitude and a passion for wellness
All-star candidates will have:
- Post-secondary education in Business, Office Administration, or a related field (Health background preferred).
- Previous experience in content or project coordination is preferred
- Bilingual (English/French) is preferred, but not required
