PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a permanent SMT Operator to support first shift operations (7:30 am - 4:00 pm).
Responsibilities The SMT Operator will operate and monitor SMT equipment, including automated and semi-automated stencil printers, pick and place equipment, reflow ovens, solder paste and AOI units, and X-Ray equipment.
- Operation of pick and place units, including Panasonic AM, BM, and NPG equipment.
- Operation of X-Ray and AOI equipment as needed.
- Set up, operate and maintain SMT stencil printers.
- Perform printed solder paste visual inspection, recognitions of water-soluble and no-clean based solder pastes.
- Set-up and operation of Heller reflow overs.
- SMT printer and stencil cleaning.
- Feeder set-up for SMT lines.
- Troubleshooting of SMT equipment issues.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and communicate in the Business language (English) is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No experience is necessary, training will be provided.
- Attention to detail, good dexterity skills and eye coordination to attach flex PCB onto pallets is necessary.
- Strong team player and able work in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs without assistance.
