Overview
We are a National door and glass company. We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Account Manager to join our team. This role is essential in managing client and contractor relationships in Northern Ontario, Eastern Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and French. As a Bilingual Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance client satisfaction, meet SLA targets and negotiate with contractors

Duties

• Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success and client satisfaction.
• Develop positive relationships with clients, contractors and team mates
• Negotiate pricing with contractors, create estimates for clients
• Liaise with all departments and be accountable for all day to day operations

Experience

• Proven experience in account management preferably within a related industry ex. construction, trades,
• Strong leadership and organization skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and French enabling effective engagement with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work on several projects at once

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$34.00 per hour

• Maple, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
