What Do We Expect of You

We are currently in search of a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative to become part of our Vancouver team. Reporting to the Vancouver Branch Manager, your responsibilities will encompass driving sales of supply products. You will also play a pivotal role in ensuring impeccable customer satisfaction, managing accurate purchase, return, and exchange processes, all while keeping the best interests of Florists Supply customers at heart.

Your Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently and effectively
• Provide attentive service via inbound calls and emails, seizing opportunities for product sales.
• Handle the selection and packaging of supply orders.
• Assist branch visitors in shopping and order pickups.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
• Offer assistance across various areas and teams as required.

What You Need for Success

• Previous experience in Customer Service is preferred.
• Ability to work Mondays to Thursdays from 8:00 am to 3:00pm and then Fridays 8:00am to 1:00pm, with availability during peak busy times.
• Display a friendly, engaging, and professional demeanor, showcasing adaptability and teamwork.
• Stay composed under pressure, demonstrating the ability to work independently and multitask.
• Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Exhibit superior verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) with an enthusiasm for embracing new technologies.
• Familiarity with SAGE 300 and CRM experience would be advantageous.
