About the role
Le Directeur TI sera responsable de structurer, faire évoluer et positionner stratégiquement notre département technologique, tout en restant aligné avec notre mission humaine
PLUS PRÉCISÉMENT
• Définir une vision stratégique claire pour le département TI en collaboration avec la direction générale
• Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan de transformation TI à court, moyen et long terme
• Renforcer la crédibilité du département TI auprès des autres directions internes
• Mettre en place des pratiques de sécurité robustes dans un environnement multi-sites
• Encadrer et faire évoluer l’équipe TI en misant sur les talents internes
• Superviser les projets numériques, les opérations courantes, la sécurité et la conformité
• Agir à titre de conseiller stratégique auprès de la direction générale
• Gérer les fournisseurs externes et assurer une veille technologique constante
PROFIL
• 10 + années d’expérience en TI, dont plusieurs en gestion d’équipe
• Expérience dans un environnement en forte croissance ou transformation
• Forte connaissance des environnements Microsoft (Office 365, Azure, etc.)
• Bonne connaissance des pratiques en cybersécurité
• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent
• Bilinguisme (Français requis, Anglais fonctionnel)

• Define a clear strategic vision for the IT department in collaboration with senior management.
• Develop and implement a short-, medium-, and long-term IT transformation plan.
• Strengthen the IT department's credibility with other internal departments.
• Implement robust security practices in a multi-site environment.
• Coach and develop the IT team by leveraging internal talent.
• Oversee digital projects, day-to-day operations, security, and compliance.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior management.
• Manage external vendors and ensure ongoing technology monitoring.
PROFILE
• 10+ years of experience in IT, including several years in team management.
• Experience in a fast-growing or transformative environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Office 365, Azure, etc.).
• Good understanding of cybersecurity practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science. or equivalent
• Bilingual (French required, functional English)
