About the role

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Digital Marketing and eCommerce Specialist to join our dynamic team at Clinical Research Dental. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, eCommerce operations, and performance analytics. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams to drive traffic, optimize user experience, and increase conversions through SEO, PPC (Google, Meta, Bing), and data-driven strategies.

Accountabilities

1. eCommerce Management (40%)

  • Partner with the Ecommerce Growth Manager to drive sales and margin improvements across eCommerce channels.
  • Manage daily site merchandising of Shopify store, including:
  • New product onboarding
  • Inventory content updates
  • Ensuring product pages are optimized for conversion and SEO
  • Execute site-wide promotions and manage seasonal content updates in coordination with Product Marketers.
  • Maintain high standards of content accuracy and quality assurance across all product and category pages.
  • Research and recommend new Shopify apps to improve functionality, performance, and customer experience, based on business needs and analytics insights.
  • Record and prioritize larger eCommerce enhancements in a backlog for annual planning with the Ecommerce Growth Manager and Brand Marketing Manager.

2. Digital Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Plan, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta Ads, with a focus on lead generation, maximizing ROAS, and achieving defined business objectives.
  • Continuously monitor performance data and campaign metrics to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement technical and content SEO strategies to improve visibility and organic lead flow.
  • Create and optimize landing pages and content for both paid and organic initiatives using tools like Instapage or GemPages.
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketers to align lead generation strategies with business goals and campaign priorities.
  • Regularly assess digital performance and contribute to strategic reporting with actionable recommendations based on campaign and site behavior analytics.

3. UI/UX Optimization

  • Leverage analytics insights (GA4, Power BI, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) to identify opportunities for UI/UX improvements that enhance the customer experience and support conversion goals.
  • Modify the Shopify theme and update CSS files as needed to implement UX enhancements based on data-driven recommendations. Candidate should have basic coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support these front-end changes effectively.
  • Support CRO efforts by executing A/B testing and implementing usability improvements to optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Business Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar digital marketing or eCommerce role.
  • Proven experience managing or supporting a Shopify (or similar) eCommerce store, including merchandising and front-end changes.
  • Demonstrated success in executing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Bing) with measurable ROAS.
  • Strong knowledge of technical and content SEO, along with content marketing strategies.
  • Experience using analytics and SEO tools: GA4, Power BI, Microsoft Clarity, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console.
  • Basic programming knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support light front-end changes and effective collaboration with developers.
  • Proficient in CMS and landing page tools such as Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Instapage, GemPages.
  • Detail-oriented, Problem solver with strong organizational skills, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, curious, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Strong Excel skills

Education:

  • AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
