Your Role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be a key ambassador for Tudor and GWC, delivering an unparalleled shopping experience while building lasting client relationships. Your passion for luxury timepieces, commitment to service, and ability to drive sales will contribute to the boutique's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding client experiences, ensuring each interaction reflects Tudor's brand values.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through expert storytelling and engagement.
- Drive sales performance, achieving individual and team targets.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Tudor's timepieces and brand heritage.
- Support boutique operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Work collaboratively with the team to uphold boutique excellence.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of luxury retail experience (preferably in timepieces or fine jewelry).
- A strong passion for clienteling and delivering elevated customer experiences.
- Exceptional communication skills and a personable, team-oriented approach.
- Proven track record in achieving sales results and handling a diverse client base.
- Proficiency in retail systems and CRM tools.
