The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking an Internet Sales Manager for our Dearborn Ford location.

In the position of Internet Sales Manager reporting to the Sales Director,the successful candidate will be responsible for generating and managing internet leads.

You will be accountable for:
· Handling a high volume of internet leads; paid, and organic.
· Setting, confirming, and following up with all internet appointments.
· Managing a CRM platform to retain customers and seek new prospective sales.
· Following up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and close sales.
· Working with the marketing department to create the best overall strategy that can help the dealership meet its goals in sales.
· Maintaining a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers.
· Compiling regular reports for dealership management to review.
· Handling customer complaints immediately and according to the dealership's guidelines.
· Other related duties.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
· A valid driver’s license, and clean driver’s abstract.
· With at least 1 year of automotive sales experience or related field is an asset.
· A successful candidate will be assisted in acquiring a VSA license
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goals.
· Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and closing skills.
· Customer centric having the ability to maintain rapport with previous and new customers,
· Self-motivated, result-oriented, can collaboratively work in a team and can independently working alone.
· Keen ability to sense business opportunities.
Pay Range Offered: $60,000 up to more than $ 150,000 per year
