Director, Organizational Change Management Reporting to the SVP Corporate People and Culture, we are seeking an experienced and hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to drive sustainable adoption of change across enterprise-wide transformation efforts. This role will begin by supporting a global, multi-year Performance Transformation and expand to include other strategic and operational changes across the organization. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, thought partner, and execution leader—comfortable both shaping strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver impact on the ground.

What You’ll Be Doing You will lead the design and execution of organizational change efforts, ensuring our teams are prepared, engaged, and equipped to adopt new ways of working. You will work closely with internal teams, functional leaders, and external partners to align change strategies with business goals and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and execute change strategies to support complex, multi-year transformation programs.
  • Lead hands-on delivery of OCM activities including stakeholder engagement, communications, learning programs, readiness assessments, and adoption planning.
  • Analyze and solve change challenges using data-driven and human-centered approaches.
  • Translate strategy into behavior change, ensuring initiatives drive real and lasting impact across functions and levels.
  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment, working closely with business leaders, project teams, and centers of excellence to embed change.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels—from senior executives to frontline teams—through compelling storytelling and practical support.
  • Enable sustainable change adoption, ensuring transitions are supported not just at go-live, but embedded long-term in ways of working.
  • Manage third-party partners as needed, integrating them into our change ecosystem effectively.
  • Support capability building by coaching leaders, mentoring colleagues, and evolving internal change practices.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with 5+ years leading enterprise transformations in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale change across business, process, and technology initiatives.
  • Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with execution, comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving toward outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of stakeholder dynamics, communication planning, learning design, and adoption measurement.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a collaborative, can-do mindset.
  • Familiarity with design thinking, behavioral science, and change analytics as tools to accelerate adoption.
  • Experience working with global teams and across cultures preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) is a plus.

Key Skills/Who You Are

  • A builder, not just a planner—you enjoy seeing change through from idea to implementation.
  • Comfortable navigating executive rooms and frontline workshops alike.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing the groundwork.
  • Passionate about enabling people and organizations to succeed through change.
  • Practical, adaptable, collaborative and energized by complexity.
