We’d love to hear from people with:

• Ability to work flexible hours based on program needs, including evenings and weekends, this is a front-line position requiring participation in the Child & Youth programs

• Staff supervision, performance management and mentorship experience and an ability to manage conflict resolution

• Experience in Child & Youth program development, implementation and evaluation

• Ability to use Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel comfortably

• Experience creating staff schedules and ability to complete bi-weekly payroll and oversee departmental budget

• Experience with recruitment, interviewing and onboarding staff
