Position Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Co-op Student for an 8 month term to join our dynamic team. This position provides a unique opportunity for an undergraduate student to gain hands-on experience in the engineering field while contributing to exciting projects that will impact and support our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with the Product Manager and the Engineering design team, this person would be responsible for developing test plans for our product and executing these test plans. The testing will focus on product/performance improvements with the goal to reduce unit cost and drive innovative design solutions.
• Summarizing the test results with recommendations would be a key criterion to the role. This would require presenting the results in written form and presenting to the team.
• Support other team members in the engineering group with design or drawings.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an engineering program (Mechanical, Mechatronics, etc.) at an accredited university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Some experience in 3D software such as SolidWorks, Solid Edge or IronCAD
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
