About You:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, troubleshooting databases, computer hardware, networking and knowledge of Windows based software. This position is ideal for a strong team player who enjoys "problem solving" and likes helping others. This role requires patience, understanding and strong communication skills. Our culture is team oriented and we seek those who enjoy a work-life balance.
Required Skills:
Experience with MSSQL databases.Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and software in general.Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware.Experience with troubleshooting basic networking. In order for us to consider your application, you must be fluent in English and live in Winnipeg (or its vicinity). Ability to communicate in French is an asset, but is not required.
